Kitchen fitting depends on accurate preparation. Units need sound walls and floors, worktops need level bases and the plumbing, electrics, heating and ventilation all have to be in the right place before the final fit begins.

PRACTICAL ADVICE
Checks worth making before the kitchen arrives
A plan can look fine on screen and still create problems in the room. Doors and drawers need space to open. Tall units can affect light switches. Appliance doors need clearance. Sinks and hobs need enough worktop around them. These checks are easier to solve before delivery.
It also helps to confirm who is supplying each item and when it is expected. Missing end panels, delayed worktops or an appliance with different dimensions can hold up the final fit. We will set out what needs to be on site and which decisions cannot wait until installation week.
Gas and electrical work must be carried out by people with the appropriate registration and competence. Where the kitchen forms part of a larger renovation, we coordinate these stages with the wider programme.

Do you remove the old kitchen?
Yes, removal can be included in the quotation along with agreed disposal and preparation work.
Can you move the sink or appliances?
Often, yes. Pipe routes, waste falls, ventilation, electrical supply and gas requirements need to be checked before positions are confirmed.
Do you fit worktops?
We fit suitable worktops as part of the agreed kitchen scope. Some specialist materials require templating and installation by the supplier, which will be planned into the programme.
Can the kitchen be part of a larger renovation?
Yes. Kitchens are often combined with heating changes, new flooring, wall alterations, bathrooms or wider full-home renovation work.
