2. Personal information we collect
Information provided through our contact and quote forms may include a name, email address, phone number, property postcode, project address, preferred contact method, property type, relationship to the property, service required, expected timing, estimated budget and details about the proposed work.
If the quote form allows uploads, we may receive photographs, plans, specifications or other documents supplied to help us assess a project. Please do not upload bank details, identity documents or information about other people unless it is necessary and you have authority to provide it.
When someone becomes a customer, we may also hold quotation, contract, invoice, payment, scheduling, site access, warranty, complaint and project records. We may keep photographs of work where they are needed to document condition, progress, safety or completion.
